Perry N. Blackman, CPA, Principal, has over 38 years tax, accounting, and financial statement audit, review and compilation experience. Mr. Blackman has extensive knowledge and experience in the nonprofit, labor union and Taft-Hartley Benefit Funds world and currently services a variety of charities, local unions, district councils and their related benefit funds, both internally and as an external independent auditor. Mr. Blackman also services a multitude of for profit companies and individuals as well as performing engagements in forensic accounting, business valuations and other financial and tax matters.
Mr. Blackman is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), the National Society of Public Accountants (NSPA), the Pennsylvania Society of Public Accountants (PSPA) and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP). Mr. Blackman serves on the executive boards of a number of charitable and nonprofit organizations and has been engaged as the campaign treasurer of a number of political and judicial candidates.
