Help Support Council Rock North Baseball—And My Grandsons!
Good Morning,
I’m reaching out on a rare personal note. My grandsons, Danny and Ryan, are students at Council Rock North High School in Newtown, Bucks County, PA. Many of you have seen their baseball journeys in my Facebook posts—they live and breathe the game.
Both boys are proud members of the Council Rock North Baseball Team. My daughter, Dana, has volunteered to lend her expertise and is chairing their upcoming fundraising golf outing, and I wanted to share why this effort matters. You might be surprised to learn just how little funding the baseball program receives. Equipment, coaching support, travel, and field maintenance—it’s all made possible through fundraising and the dedication of parent volunteers.
I’ve watched my older grandson grow not just as an athlete, but as a young man, thanks to this program. Now, my younger grandson is about to join the team as a freshman. This program helps shape kids far beyond the field—and that kind of impact deserves our support.
